ThrowDelide License / Trial / Activation

This page explains how the ThrowDelide trial, license delivery, and machine activation work.

ThrowDelide includes a full-featured 14-day trial, uses machine activation only, does not require iLok, and each license can currently be activated on up to 2 machines.
Purchases are processed by FastSpring, and license details are sent automatically by email after purchase.

ThrowDelide includes a full-featured 14-day trial so you can test it in real sessions before buying.

The trial is intended to let you evaluate ThrowDelide in your own workflow in compatible hosts that support AU, VST3, or AAX on macOS, or x64 VST3 on Windows.
A purchased license lets you continue using ThrowDelide after the trial period ends.

When you purchase ThrowDelide, the order is processed by FastSpring.

After checkout is completed, your license details are sent automatically to the email address used at checkout. For the smoothest activation process, keep that email available and use the same email address when activating your license inside ThrowDelide.

Your license email includes the license key you will use to activate ThrowDelide, along with basic activation information.

Please save that email for your records. If you purchase on one machine and activate on another, make sure you still use the same purchase email address and license key from that message.

To activate ThrowDelide, install the plugin, open it in a compatible host, open the license window, and enter the email address used at checkout together with your license key.

Once activation is completed, ThrowDelide will run as a licensed version on that machine. If you are still in the trial period, you can continue using the trial until you are ready to activate your purchased license.

Each ThrowDelide license currently allows activation on up to 2 machines.

This is intended for common personal setups, such as a main studio computer and a second mobile or backup machine. If you want to move to a different machine, deactivate ThrowDelide on the old machine first to free that activation. If the old machine is no longer availableand you cannot deactivate it yourself, contact support for help.

No. ThrowDelide uses machine activation only.

You do not need an iLok account, iLok License Manager, or a USB dongle to use ThrowDelide.

If you completed your purchase but cannot find the license email, first check the inbox, spam, junk, promotions, and any filtered folders for the email address used at checkout.

It is also worth confirming that the order was completed with the email address you expected to use. If you still cannot find the email, contact support@defsoundlabs.com and include the purchase email address plus any order confirmation details you have.
